How does ScoreMore Shopping work?
ScoreMore Shopping is a free browser extension that automatically finds deals for you as you shop and search online. Once you enable it, just shop like always and if there’s a deal, you'll see it! To get the deal, simply “Activate offer” and shop at that retailer.
Will my earnings balance include the awards I’ve earned through the extension?
Yes. It will include all awards earned from your offers if you use the extension to shop via ScoreMore Shopping.
What should I do if I have not received my earnings?
If you have not received your earnings award, it may be because:
- Ad blockers have prevented the offer from loading. Check your browser to make sure ad blockers are disabled for ScoreMore Shopping.
- You purchased an item that is not included in the retailer’s offer. Check carefully before making your purchase that the offer applies to that specific product.
- You made the purchase through another loyalty program. You cannot receive awards offers through two programs at once.
- You made the purchase directly on the retailer’s site without loading the offer in ScoreMore Shopping first. Certain offers are only activated when you click through from ScoreMore Shopping.
- Make sure that you are using a supported browser (Chrome or Edge) and activating the offer prior to completing your transaction.
- If you search for or use offers from another source, this may cancel your ScoreMore Shopping offer.
- If you have other shopping rewards program extensions downloaded to your browser, your reward may be attributed to one of those programs.
If you have checked all the above, you should receive your award once the merchant’s return window has passed, which is usually within 120 days. Your earnings history will reflect earned awards once processed.
If you have not received your award within 120 days, sign in to your program rewards website and select Contact Us for the Customer Service phone number for your program.
